i don’t think we should look at this xbmt as a suggestion for the “perfect mill gap setting” rather, what it was designed for — to see if the obviously fine vs. the standard coarse created a noticeable difference…which it did. we needed the extreme setting to be sure the crush variable came out, in other words. i like your mill setting.
